I have been trying for week to send money that I have in my Paypal account keep getting error Unable to complete your payment try again later!!! This is to multiple people and it does it to all and the email addresses is correct I even tried using their phone numbers and names. Can anybody help? I have been on hold with Paypal over 8 hrs in 5 days and im so irritated
