So, playerauctions.com informed me that they cant send money to my paypal account due to the payment being denied by paypal.
Why is this happening?
My card is confirmed, autwithdrawl enabled, country of residence is Bosnia.
Any help appreciated.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
