Cant receive payments from paypal

i am using paypal for my shopify store but i cant receie payments can you check it.When someone try to make a purchase it shows things dont seemed to me working at the moment

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
