Hi! It seems like my eBay customers cant make any purchases because something is wrong with the payment system. It says "Your payment didn't go through. Please check your payment details or select a different payment option." Multiple customers contacted me with the same issue. I contacted eBay customer support, and they said that I should contact PayPal instead. What should I do to fix it?
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
