Cant receive International payments

Even though i have an international business account, i cant receive payments from outside India. It was all going well since 6 months but suddenly stopped today. my customer is sending me this screenshot which says " You cant send payments at the moment. your recipient cant accept payments at the moment"

 

I then go and make an invoice and receive this message when pressing the send button "Transaction blocked as all domestic transaction will have to be in INR currency". I do not want any transactions domestic within India in the first place. This has never happened, the last time i received money was 2 days ago without any issue.

What currency are you trying to accept?

USD, the invoice seems to be going thru now, but the link is still not working for the customer
