Thank you for your posts! I wanted to clarify some information given here by @benfielding214 (thank you!). To open a PayPal account, one must be at least 18 years of age. If you are being prompted to accept a payment, you may not have added and/or confirmed your bank account, or the payment may be a card-funded payment, which would require acceptance in your country. The requirements should be listed for you in your PayPal account in the messaging for accepting the payment.
