I have been sent £13, I have received an email from paypal saying, "xxx has sent you £xxx GBP, claim it before may 24th before we return it to the sender"
there is a button that says claim money, I click on it and I see an orange exclamation mark accompanied with the text saying "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." and I cannot claim it.
Does the transaction show up in your account activity after logging in? If so, is there a claim it or accept the money link or button? You can also click the transaction to expand for details.
