Hello guys it is not letting me send money it is saying , We couldn’t complete your payment for you. To get your payments working again, check your account or contact us , and my options are to check your account or return to merchant
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
