sent someone $21.95 in November. She was the wrong seller. She told me she never accepted the payment as she didn't know who I was. Therefore, the money must be floating around somewhere in PayPal land. I would like my money back.
Its all automated, if she didn't accept it then it would NOT show as completed on your paypal account but pending and would time out 30 days post payment and automatically go back to your funding source.
If its showing as completed or sent or payment then the seller you sent it to received it.
