I have a problem with sending money or when I try to refund money to some of my customers. Every time I attempt to send someone money or refund paypal gives me this message : Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.
It's very annoying since one of my customers requested a refund and I simply cannot refund him any money and now he thinks that I'm a fraudster. I can't buy anything either (I wanted to buy a pair of shoes that dropped on a certain date and I simply could not do it because paypal decided to somehow lock my account or something). I'm very upset and frustrated over this situation and I would want to know what I need to do or just simply want it fixed.
