I sold my very first item on my godaddy website, and I received an email stating my payment was on hold, BUT I cannot see this in my activity with all filters applied.
I cannot update tracking if I cannot see the on hold payment. Also, this is a new Paypal business account with no previous activity
Please help, thanks.
