Cannot recieve payments

Hello.

 

First and foremost I'm from Bosnia.

 

Since I've created my paypal account, I have not been able to recieve payments to it. At first I wasn't concerned because very rarely would I have the need to recieve money via paypal, I was mostly using it to purchase things myself.

 

However, recently I've been having some payments that needed to be sent my way and every time someone tries to send me some money, I get the error: "Sorry, we were unable to complete this payment at this time. Please try again later."

 

I have looked around the internet a bit, and it said I had to have a VISA account linked, which I didn't at first because I have a mastercard, however my dad has linked his card to my account which is a VISA and I'm still having the same error. I've tried it with multiple people.

 

Is there any fix?

It would be best to link a Visa card issued in your own name.

 

Linking someone else's card to a PayPal account should only be done when the card belongs to a spouse.
