Cannot receive payments !!

Hello,

I have setup my account a few months ago and completed all my basic procedures in order to send and receive payments via paypal, oddly when I request money to any clients they are not able to send the money just to my account. When my clients accept my payment request and try to pay me it shows "Let's try that again, there is a problem with the info you entered. Please check it and try again." They have tried multiple times to pay me but unfortunately it always shows the same error. Please help !
