Cannot receive money on my account.

Cannot receive money on my account. When someone tries to do that, they receive this message - 'This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website'. The thing is, it is definitely not true, cause I don't have any website and, of course, I never put it anywhere on PyaPal(it simply doesn't exist). Please, help me with that. I want receive money on my account.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

But I have an American debit card. Or should I be physically located in the US at the moment of  someone sending me money?

It doesn't matter what card or bank account you have as NO paypal accounts can receive paypal payments in your country.
