Hello. I cannot receive money from a friend. I can send, but not receive. As I saw from the list, my country (Albania) was available for sending and receiving money. Even if I request for my money to my friend, she still cannot send it to me. I tried sending to her and I could send with no problems. When she sends me she gets this notification.
