The mastercard linked to my bank account (confirmed) was cancelled as it was stolen. There is still enough money to bring my negative balance back to normal, however PayPal will not let me make a transaction from my bank account?? What do I do now?! 😞
The answer is pretty obvious, reporting the debit card associated to your bank account as stolen, the bank would logically put a temporary flag/block on your bank account too until the account is secure again/matter is settled. Call your bank about it as the bank and PayPal notify each other over matters like this.
