Cannot find transaction ID when payment is already processed
This is my first time using PayPal. So even if this may seem obvious, advice is helpful.
I made an account on Paypal because I wanted a skillshare membership. But after the free trial ended I did not need the annual membership. When I tried to cancel the subscription money was already debited from my bank account which was linked to Paypal using the debit card.
I asked for a refund but even after 3 weeks after cancelling the subscription there were no updates regarding the refund. When I tried to submit a request using their platform there they asked for "PayPal Recurring Payment ID or Transaction ID" but when I tried to search for it in my Paypal account Activities section it says there were no transactions made but the money was debit from my account. What do I do? If I don't find that id I can't get my refund.
