Cannot find my claim payment message to claim payment.

Buyer sent pymt to my PayPal email address and I can't find a claim payment message anywhere? Help?

Log on to your PayPal account. IF you see no payment, you have not been paid. Scammers often use people's PayPal email address that sellers give to them  to make fake email confirmations to try to trick you into shipping items they didn't pay for. 

So again, if you do not see payment in your PayPal account, even if it is in your pending balance if payment is subject to PayPal 21 days hold, you have not been paid! And the buyer is a scammer.
