Cannot find a receiving option in Belarus

I created paypal mostly for using it for getting payment from art commissions, and found that in Belarus it has only "send" option.

How can I accept payments? I'm worrying about it 'cause for now paypal seems to be useless for me, if I won't be able to use it for receiving money.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.
