Cannot cancel "unauthorised transaction" claim

I paid for my item off Ebay and my brother replied to the SMS message from PayPal as "unauthorised". I tried cancelling the claim but it still shows up as "unathorised transcation". How is it possible to cancel this claim so I can recieve my item?
