Cancelling pending payment

I've accidentally bought 4 of the same thing and I have one confirmed order and three pending. I've looked at the FAQ and it says that there's a 'cancel payment' button, but I can't see anything of the sort. What should I do? It's also not allowing me to pick this as an option to talk to a help desk about, so I don't know what to do.

There is only a cancel option if the email address you have sent the funds to is non existent and so the payment can never complete through to a recipient.  

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
So cancel the other 3 orders with the company and the funds should time out at 30 days.
