Cancelling payment to someone without paypal

I made a payment to someone who doesnt have Paypal. Its not giving me the cancel button. Is there any way to cancel or get the money back since they will not be retrieving the funds as they are going to sit in the email link.

If transaction remains pending and unclaimed on your end past 30 days, it will automatically refund.
