I try to cancel a recurring payment that I don't even remember subscribing to. After clicking the manage payment option button, it says "An unexpected error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later." How do I cancel this?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
If not working try clearing cookies / cache or trying another browser or device?
