Cancelling a pending payment with no option to cancel it

Im not sure whats going wrong but I already paid for the item and contacted the seller and I dont want to buy it again

Sounds as if the seller made a mistake with their paypal email address if its pending.

If there is no cancel option (normally there only if that email address does not exist) then it will time out at 30 days if not claimed by that email address / paypal account.
