I sent money to the wrong email address and once I realised I cancelled immediately but its coming up cancelled payment sent and above the cancelled transaction on my activity it says refunded but I then received an email from PayPal stating that I wasn't entitled to a refund even though it is still showing refund on my paypal account I have emailed PayPal but got nowhere and it is not allowing me to dispute the decision does anyone know what I can do to resolve this problem and if I will get a refund or not?
