Hi, I have a cancelled refund. Where has the money gone as I don’t have it and my seller claims not to have it. The purchase was cancelled on the 19 September but the money was still taken a couple of days later (direct from bank, eBay purchase). Thank you John
If the refund was cancelled then odds are that the seller did not have enough in their bank account to 'fund' the refund so it failed.
You may have to open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item not as described to get your money back if the seller does not send a completed refund properly funded.
