Cancelled payments

I didn't realise I had to claim the money and now 2 sales from the last 3 months have been cancelled. One buyer contacted to say she'd send it straight back when she receives it and I've contacted the other buyer. Is there any way to stop the cancellation? I thought money just transfered to the logged bank, its been a long time since I've used PayPal, it used to be like that. Any advice much appreciated.

You don't have to claim them, if they are being cancelled then it sounds as if the payments are being sent to an incorrect email address or one with a spelling error in it.

Is it ebay? If so then.......

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
