Cancelled payment

Hi all, I just send a payment to the wrong email address. Thankfully the funds weren’t accepted & I was able to cancel the payment. Now when I try to make the payment to the correct account. It won’t let me.

Hope you are doing good.

There are several different reasons you're payment won't go through.
It could be the internal security system being triggered due to recent limitations, unusual pattern payment history on your account or could be the recipient's PayPal account has limitations.

You may also consider checking the payment method that you are using. If your debit or credit card was declined, check to see if: Your card is expired or out of date, you need to confirm your card or your card company or bank has more information (this means you need to call your financial institution)

Though you may also try changing your payment method (link another card or bank) or check your recipient’s email address or phone number is entered correctly.
