I cancelled an order on the 14th that was placed the same day. The payment was my pay pal cash card. The amount is still on hold but the business I ordered from says they cancelled the order the 14th. It's the 18th. Why has the money not been put back on my cash card and how long does it take to do so? Thanks for any help.
