We thought a direct debit to PP on our statement was looking suspicious and cancelled it. Then found out that they show the last payment every month on your statement as a DD. So we re-instated the DD. Now whenever we pay something, even though the preferred payment is chosen to take from the account, it is taken by a credit/debit card, but it's then paid back into our account. But the goods still arrive, so somehow they are getting paid. We only have a debit card on our account which is linked to the same account that the money is being refunded to. What's happening please
