Hello, sold some goods on eBay received payment but the buyer then cancelled the order! Status says cancellation pending with the following text: Thanks. You refunded the buyer using PayPal on 06 August 2018. We'll let you know as soon as the refund is complete. The buyer is now saying they have not had a refund and I need to issue it ? However with the status saying it’s been issued I assumed the refund would be automatic? Don’t want to pay twice!
