Specifically, we need a way to cancel bank transactions. I requested a transfer from my credit union, and it didn't come through in a timely fashion. So I don't need it anymore (that was painful, BTW). If the transaction is not already processed, why can't we request a cancellation?
Processing payments from bank accounts can't do a u-turn, they have to process through to Paypal and are then credited to your Paypal balance for you to withdraw (if it was bank transfer).
