I would like to know how I would be able to cancel a pending payment that doesn't have the "cancel" option below it. I already tried contacting the merchant of the product I wanted to not buy anymore, with no luck. The order I made on the merchant's website isn't archived in their system for some reason, so I was unable to receive help from them (through calling, chat, and email), at least at this point in time. Phoned into my Bank, with no luck either. I also tried contacting PayPal's help line, but I haven't figured out how to bypass the automated responses to an actual agent. I sent an email yesterday as well (almost 24 hrs ago) and haven't received a reply yet.
I would love to know if there is a solution to canceling an pending payment that isn't able to be canceled the way I should be able to. Any help would be great.
