Canceled payment on 8th, no refund still??

hi anyone have an asnwer to my situation, i canceled a payment cause i chose my bank account instead of my debit card before the 30 min marker on the 8th of this month, and the funds were taken out of my bank account  on the 9th even though i had it canceled and today is the 15th, i dont see the refund on either my paypal balance or bank account. any answers?

u have a new account and your telling everyone to mesasage him.... sounds very sus if u ask me.

When you cancel a payment those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will as the transaction was cancelled return them to your funding source (if you paid from your bank account or with a card), or credit your paypal balance (if it was funded from that balance), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.

I was concerned at that posters advice as well so i have reported for the moderators to take a look.
