In Romania 2 years ago i bought Paypal from a machine where u can buy paysafe and other cards, but didnt received anything, and noone helped me when i asked here. Now i checked again at invoice details and its says "Invoice Canceled". What now? Why its canceled, i didnt got my money back from the shop and dndt received my money on paypal. Its 5euro aint that much, but if paypal this bad i not gonna use it in the future.
