Hello, It's been 12 days since I canceled an order on ASOS and still haven't received a refund. and I've been told by the ASOS customer service that the money didn't go through and I should contact Paypal to receive my refund.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
