Cancel payment

I have followed the steps to cancel a payment but the merchant was not displayed? What do I do now?

Hi @elainebyrneair,

 

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

 

If your transaction shows as 'Completed' in your PayPal account, then you will not have the option to cancel it yourself. If you wish to cancel your order, I would suggest you contact the merchant directly.
