Hi! I had a payment, which weren’t claimed yet so I could cancel it. My activity says that my refund has arrived and it is completed, but I can’t see the money on my bank account or on my paypal account. I would like to know, where did it go, and when will I get it back, thank you! I tried to solve my problem and find solutions but I didn’t find any. -Joella
If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked COMPLETED it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
