Hello Freelancer.com charge 8$ from my Account for membership, I dont know about that then i report this as a unauthorized transaction for paypal.
Then after i contact freelancer and they agreed to refund my money and they asked cancellation letter from paypal. how i get it ,help me. i cant contact customer support paypal they al are not available.
