How do a cancel a transfer from one account to another. I was setting us a second account and it is taking too long to verify 2- 3 days. I deleted the second account , but I see it in Achives. I want to delete it all together.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
