I need a pending payment cancelled that I know will never go through because it has been cancelled with the store and the resolution center says it can't do anything because it is useless but of course papal is a **bleep**in!! major pain in the **bleep** to deal with and I need someone to take this out of my pending payments
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
