Cancel Payment

Hi! My employer send me a payment through paypal, but paypal cancelled the payments because of not confirmed account. my question is I was already confirmed but paypal did not refund the money, what will I do?

I am sorry about your issue. If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
