If i have the option to cancel a payment:

1. Is there any additional fees?
2. I will receive back the whole amount?
3. The amount will go back to my Visa Card?

After the cancellation, how long it is take to get the money back?

Up to 30 days or when you get your next statement, but these days it should be sooner about 7-10 days depending on your region and card issuer.

Really appreciate your fast & helpful answers. Last question, i have open a case & cancel payment (Status is inactive). Shall i close the close the case or escalate to PayPal?

To be on the safe side, escalate to PayPal so they can review what it is with the transaction you're having a problem with as no one has access to accounts in the forums. If a refund is issued to you, what we previously discussed about money going back to your card will also apply.
