I have recently upgraded to a business account but I still need to receive money from my family/ friends via PayPal. They have tried to use the usual way of just entering my email and sending but that no longer works. Is this type of payment not available anymore now that I have a business account? Do I have to request money every time now?
Great question! Upgrading to a business account should not prevent people from sending you Friends & Family payments. It's possible that upgrading your account may have changed your payment receiving preferences, which could be causing the issue. Hopefully this helps!
