Can't withdraw money from Upwork

Hello, I tried to withdraw money from upwork multiple times, but I get the following notifications on upwork:

Payment method PayPal (my email) has been disabled.

Your payment on XX(Date) could not be proccessed.

I contacted Upwork and they say that everything is clear on their behalf, and they said that I should contact PayPal. 

So can you help me please in any way possible? Thanks
