Can’t use my PayPal balance

Hi, I still can’t use my PayPal balance! When I try to pay online your system ask me to choose between my bank accounts but not my PayPal balance. I already called today and spoke to your agent. He guess that it is your system glitch. But it still doesn’t work

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending + in the correct currency?

Secondly have you done this......


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

I already did it. Set preferred payment - PayPal balance. But it doesn’t help me. Never had before such problem with PayPal. Two times asked PayPal help but they found nothing wrong there. But I still can’t use my balance.
