Can't transfer funds to credit card

I've been trying to transfer the money to my MasterCard credit card and I keep getting the message "Right now, we’re not able to transfer the money to your bank." I've been trying this for multiple days and it isn't working yet.

Same here.  I've had a refund ready to accept for a week, and it won't allow me to link a different bank account, or mail a check or anything.  So my money is just stuck here and I can't get it.  Can't find a phone number to contact anybody on this site.  And I'm really frustrated.

Same here I sent a payment April 27 to my bank account from PayPal and it still hasn’t came into my account. Now I have payments from my job coming in and PayPal not allowing me to accept it or send it to another PayPal. This is crippling my business. PayPal is ridiculous.
