So i decided to subscribe to a <removed>of a youtuber, but when i wanted to pay with paypal.
It said i couldn't do it, ive first of all on my banking card which is confirmed but didn't work,
So ive added 10 EUR to my account which is more than the <removed>cost.
and i still cant do it.
here a message from which it gave me, its in dutch but it is saying it can't set a confirmed payments
