Perhaps someone can help me, since Paypal is incapable of doing so and has what I can only state is horrific customer service. New member in the past 30 days. Sent money from the US to my cousin in Ireland who happens to be working on a truck for me. Sent 3-4 transaction to him with no issues. Now, i cannot complete anymore transactions. I keep being asked to link a credit card. I have done so several times including one of my bank accounts. I have contacted my bank and there is no issues there. More than enough money available in my bank account to cover the amount which was 1185 euros the last attempt. I have spend hours on the online message portal with no one able to provide an answer or a solution. It is mind boggling to me the sheer ineffectiveness of this app and their service. Perhaps, just perhaps someone on here can help. Thank you
