I can't send money or pay Ebay. Always shows error message Try again. Customer service don't help. I try from cookies clear internet explorer and nothing. I am from Serbia. Verified only Mastercard.

Call your card issuer and see if there is an issue with your card. See if it is enabled for online use.

I can't make Paypal payment from PayPal balance. How card is important for that?
